5D4N Beijing Muslim Tour

5D4N Beijing Muslim Tour

Day 1 KL – Beijing (L/D)
Arrive in Beijing in the morning. After a warm welcome, we will head to Tian An Men Square. As the largest city square in the world, it is bordered by the Great Hall of the People and Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum. Then tour to the Forbidden City, the complex of imperial palace, which was home to the Emperors for over 500 years. Grand halls and courts gradually give way to more intimate domestic quarters, giving an insight into the pampered isolation of the emperors. Before lunch, we will spend sometime at the most famous Silk Store – the right place to buy silk products of the best quality. The first place to go in the afternoon is Niu Jie Mosque -- the oldest Mosque with over one thousand year’s history. Dzohor and Asar prayers will be held here. Stop by at Muslim Supermarket – the only supermarket for Muslims in Beijing. Check into hotel for rest. Enjoy the wonderful Acrobatic Show after dinner.

Day 2 Beijing (B/L/D)
We will visit Jade Museum in the morning - a place helps you to have a better understanding on Chinese culture. Then comes the highlight of our China tour, the climbing of the Great Wall of China. First built in the Warring States period (475-221BC) as a series of earthworks erected by individual kingdoms as a defense against each other as well as from invasions from the north, the wall we see in the present day was left from the Ming dynasty. After some shopping time at the Crystal Shop, we will have lunch at a local Muslim restaurant nearby. Go to Burning Cream Centre on the way back to downtown. Our evening time will be devoted to the Wangfujing Shopping Street and its Night Food Market, where you will see several collections of Halal snacks.

Day 3 Beijing (B/L/D)
Visit Fresh Water Pearl Center in the morning, where the best pearls will be presented. The Third day of our Beijing trip starts with the visit to the Summer Palace. Being the largest imperial garden in China, the Summer Palace was first built in the Qing emperor Qianlong’s time in 1751 and burned down in1860 by the French and British army. It was restored in 1886 by the Dowager empress Cixi for her own enjoyment. The park became a favorite haunt of Cixi, who preferred it to the Forbidden City, and named it Yihe Yuan meaning the garden of health and harmony. Pray at the Ming dynasty-built Nan Dou Ya Mosque after lunch – a Mosque with unique Chinese style & hundreds years of history. We will then have a professional Foot Massage at the Herbal Medicine Center. After a fabulous Tea Ceremony at Tea House, we will go to Xiushui Market for leisure shopping. Dinner at the most famous Xin Jiang Muslim Flavor Restaurant
